Tracey L. Vranich
Interim Senior Vice President for University Advancement
Tracey L. Vranich was named interim senior vice president for university advancement in April 2020.
Vranich oversees advancement and alumni relations efforts across the university and helps the university build partnerships with all of its philanthropic communities. She and the members of the university advancement team work closely with academic and advancement leaders in USC’s schools and units to advance the university’s academic vision and raise funds to support students, faculty and research, healthcare, the arts, athletics, community programs, and many other priorities. Vranich also oversees the USC Alumni Association and strategically partners with alumni relations teams across the university to achieve these goals.
Vranich joined university advancement in January 2011 and was promoted to vice president for advancement services in January 2014. In this role, she oversaw USC’s centrally managed advancement services, central and school-based fundraising programs, and the development and implementation of a new advancement system built on the Salesforce.com platform. She was a key member of the leadership team that planned and successfully implemented the $7.16 billion Campaign for the University of Southern California.
Prior to USC, Vranich served in leadership advancement roles at Fordham University, American University, and Temple University.
Vranich holds a bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater College and an MBA from Temple University.
